Globally, unemployment is a pandemic, inability to earn a decent income is the leading cause of poverty, hunger, corruption and inequality. Our mission is to promote inclusive, decent and sustainable employment opportunities for all. Our mission is to ensure economic independence for all the vulnerable.

Support Us

Our programs in alignment with this particular goal are:

Providing self-employment skills to the youth and vulnerable in the informal settlements such as soap making, mat making, hairdressing, phone repairs, baking.
Providing finance management training to help the young people and the vulnerable invest and know how to manage their earnings whilst also linking them to funding opportunities.
Provide digital marketing training for the youth and women venturing into small scale businesses.
Training for the community on job market readiness skills such as CV writing, salary bargaining, networking.
Equipping the jobless with hands-on skills that give them an upper hand in the job market such as first aid training, IT management skills.

Linking the youth to corporate exchange and volunteer programs to expose them to the work environment through job shadow programs and corporate volunteer events.
Linking the youth to national policy formulation and leadership development platforms that enable them to voice their needs and have their opinions heard and included in planning matters governance.
Uplifting PLWDS and their care givers with enterprise and business skills that promote self reliance and actualization.
Support businesses that are struggling by linking them with funding opportunities such as banks and sacrosanct and enterprise training.
Equipping the jobless with hands-on skills that give them an upper hand in the job market such as first aid training, IT management skills.
