We believe in the power of volunteerism to create meaningful change, equip young people with skills, and bridge the gap between education and employment. Our mantra is simple: #HUMANIZE—putting people first in everything we do.
Enkare Oltau Foundation is a youth-driven, non-profit organization committed to sustainable development through volunteerism, education, gender equality, economic empowerment, and climate action. Founded in 2017 by Petronila Nguono and a passionate group of university students, we believe in #HUMANIZE—a movement that prioritizes compassion, inclusivity, and impactful service.
Our name, derived from the Maasai words “Enkare” (water) and “Oltau” (heart), symbolizes life, purity, and heartfelt service. We pour love into every initiative, ensuring sustainable change flows from one heart to another.
